These terms govern use of GovDone.com, owned and operated by Done Ventures LLC. By submitting a request, you agree to these terms. Read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle information.
Our role
GovDone is an independent private service provider, not a government agency. Government agencies decide eligibility, issue documents, and determine processing times. Registration or vendor credentials do not mean government endorsement. Passport courier services, where available, are provided through Capitol Visa Services.
Service requests and official applications
Submitting a GovDone request is not a government application, enrollment, mail-forwarding instruction, or completed notarization. We will describe the available assistance, required documents, fees, and next steps before you authorize paid work. A request reference confirms receipt by GovDone only.
Passport online renewals must be submitted through the official Department of State system. TSA PreCheck enrollment and identity verification take place through TSA's authorized enrollment providers. Vital records offices determine entitlement to birth certificates. USPS processes official mail-forwarding requests. Notarization requires an eligible document, identity verification, and a commissioned notary; requesting a session does not confirm an appointment.
Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 to submit a request and have authority to act for anyone included in it. Provide accurate information and follow the issuing agency's instructions. Do not upload or send Social Security numbers, passport scans, payment-card details, or identity documents through general contact forms. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful requests.
Fees, authorization, and cancellation
GovDone service fees are separate from government and third-party fees. Any paid service must disclose its scope and full price before you authorize a charge. No payment is required to submit an initial assistance request. We do not charge a card merely because a request is saved or received.
You may ask to cancel a pending request through Contact us. See our cancellation and refund request process. Request a full refund of your GovDone service fee within 7 calendar days of payment, provided your application or service request has not yet been submitted to the relevant government agency or fulfillment provider. Both conditions must be met. Saving a form or paying GovDone does not itself count as submission. Fees paid directly to an agency or third party are subject to that recipient's rules. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or other right required by applicable law.
Timing and outcomes
We do not guarantee approval, issuance, delivery dates, appointment availability, or eligibility. Do not rely on a GovDone request reference as proof of official submission. You can apply directly through the relevant government agency without purchasing our assistance.
Accounts and access
You can complete applications and checkout without signing in. At checkout, a new email address creates an account with generated access credentials delivered by email when email delivery is configured. Existing customers may optionally sign in or continue as guests. Keep access credentials private. Signing in allows access to account-linked orders on another device. Keep your recovery code private; it can reset your password. Older guest requests may still be accessible only from the browser where they were created. Autofill suggestions and AI explanations require your review; they are not guarantees of accuracy or eligibility. Contact us if you lose access; we may need to verify your identity before disclosing information. We may restrict access to protect the service or investigate abuse.
Third-party services
External sites and service providers have their own terms and privacy practices. GovDone is not responsible for their independent decisions. We will not treat a link to an official service as a completed submission.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. Material changes apply prospectively; they do not retroactively change an agreed paid service without your agreement. Applicable law controls where these terms conflict with rights that cannot be waived.
